“Gilroy Roberts: Mastering a Craft”

We recently contributed original music, sound design and voice overs to the guided audio portion of a new exhibit at the Community College of Philadelphia honoring Gilroy Roberts. Mr. Roberts,  a sculptor, engraver and all around inspiring artist was best known for his 1964 John F. Kennedy half-dollar. Check out what Coin World thinks of the exhibit:

We had a blast working closely with curator Victoria Prizzia of Habitheque, Inc. and the folks at CCP. Part of the project involved sifting through hours of interview footage with Gilroy, and we felt like we got to know a pretty remarkable artist and character, and we were excited to help preserve a small part of Philly’s very creative history. If you’re in Philly, the exhibit is open during school hours @ 1700 Spring Garden St.
